Method

Brunch

  1. 1

Chill the sparkling wine and all juices in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ensuring everything is well chilled before mixing.

  2. 2

In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups orange juice, 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 cup cranberry juice, and 1 cup grapefruit juice. Stir gently to blend the flavors.

  3. 3

Taste the juice blend and adjust if desired (a splash of extra orange juice or cranberry juice can balance sweetness).

  4. 4

Just before serving, slowly pour the sparkling wine into the juice mixture, using a gentle pour to preserve the fizz. For a traditional balance, aim for roughly equal parts juice to sparkling wine, adjusting to taste.

  5. 5

Gently stir the mixture to combine without flattening the bubbles.

  6. 6

Pour into chilled champagne flutes, about 2/3 full, and top with a little additional juice if desired. Garnish each glass with an orange slice.
