Preparation
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Vegetables
While the pasta cooks, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
- 3
Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
- 4
Add Broth and Tomatoes
Pour in the vegetable broth and add the cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the broth to reduce slightly.
- 5
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined. Sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and evenly distributed.
- 6

Season the pasta primavera with black pepper and salt to taste. Adjust seasoning as desired.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil leaves. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
