Method
Making the Lemonade Base
- 1
Juicing the Lemons
Roll the lemons on a countertop to soften them. Cut them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup. Strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp. You should have about 1.5 cups of lemon juice.
- 2
Dissolving Sugar
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice, granulated sugar, and 4 cups of water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Preparing Strawberry Flavoring
- 3
Blending Strawberries
Wash the fresh strawberries and remove the stems. In a blender, combine the strawberries with 0.5 cups of water. Blend until smooth. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
- 4
Mixing with Lemonade Base
Add the strawberry puree to the lemonade base and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Preparing Raspberry Peach Flavoring
- 5
Blending Raspberries and Peach
Wash the fresh raspberries and if using fresh peach, peel and dice it. In a blender, combine the raspberries, diced peach, and 0.5 cups of water. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
- 6
Mixing with Lemonade Base
Add the raspberry-peach puree to the lemonade base. Stir thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serving

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the flavored lemonade for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance flavor. Serve over ice, and garnish with lemon slices or fresh berries if desired.
