Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preparing the Meats

Start by seasoning all meats with your favorite BBQ rub. Let them marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Cooking the Spare Ribs

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the spare ribs on the smoker and cook for about 5 hours, or until the meat is tender and has a nice bark.

  3. 3

    Cooking the Brisket

After the ribs, increase the smoker temperature to 250°F (121°C). Smoke the brisket for approximately 6-8 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).

  4. 4

    Cooking the Pulled Pork

While the brisket is cooking, prepare the pulled pork. Smoke it at 225°F (107°C) for about 8-10 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).

  5. 5

    Cooking the Smoked Chicken

Lastly, smoke the whole chickens at 275°F (135°C) for about 2-3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. 6

    Resting the Meats

Once all meats are cooked, let them rest for at least 15-30 minutes before slicing or pulling.

  7. 7

    Serving the Judges Plate

Serve the meats together on a large platter, garnished with fresh herbs, and offer a variety of BBQ sauces on the side.
