Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Place the spare ribs in a large zip-lock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and place them on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  5. 5

    Glaze the Ribs

During the last 30 minutes of baking, baste the ribs with the reserved marinade every 10 minutes to create a sticky glaze.

  6. 6

    Finish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
