Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and ensure the hickory-smoked turkey is sliced thinly, bacon is cooked crispy, and lettuce is washed and dried.

Slice the Tomato
Cut the medium tomato into thin slices for easy layering on the sandwich.
Assembling the Turkey Press

Spread the Cream Cheese
Cut the hoagie bread in half lengthwise and spread cream cheese evenly on both sides.

Layer the Ingredients
On one half of the hoagie, layer the hickory-smoked turkey, followed by crispy bacon slices, lettuce, tomato slices, and Swiss cheese.
Cooking

Press the Sandwich
Close the sandwich with the other half of the hoagie bread. Heat a panini press or skillet on medium heat and place the sandwich inside. If using a skillet, press down with a heavy pan.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove the sandwich from the press and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Drizzle Italian dressing over the sandwich for added flavor.
