Method

Preparation of Chicken

  1. 1

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides. Place the chicken breast on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Salad Assembly

  1. 2

    Prepare the Salad

While the chicken is resting, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing. Toss until the lettuce is well-coated.

  2. 3

    Add Parmesan

Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the bowl with the dressed romaine lettuce. Toss lightly to combine.

  3. 4

    Slice the Chicken

Slice the grilled chicken breast into strips.

  4. 5

    Final Assembly

Place the dressed romaine salad on a serving plate and arrange the sliced chicken breast on top. You can add more Parmesan cheese on top for garnish if desired.
