Alfredo Sauce

Cheesesteak Topping

Beer-Sautéed Onions

Method

Alfredo Sauce

  1. 1

    Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Combine Ingredients

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

  3. 3

    Season the Sauce

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cheesesteak Topping

  1. 4

    Cook the Steak

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.

  2. 5

    Add Green Onions

Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until they are tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

Beer-Sautéed Onions

  1. 6

    Sauté the Onions

In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.

  2. 7

    Add Beer

Pour in the beer, season with salt and black pepper, and let it simmer until the onions are caramelized and the beer has reduced, about 10-15 minutes.
