Alfredo Sauce

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cheesesteak Topping

Cook the Steak
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.

Add Green Onions
Stir in the chopped green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until they are tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
Beer-Sautéed Onions

Add Beer
Pour in the beer, season with salt and black pepper, and let it simmer until the onions are caramelized and the beer has reduced, about 10-15 minutes.
