Method

Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Form the mixture into two patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

Topping Preparation

  1. 3

    Grill the Onions and Bacon

In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. In a separate pan, cook the bacon until crispy.

  2. 4

    Cook the Egg

In the same skillet, crack an egg and fry it to your preference (sunny-side up or over-easy).

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the burger buns. Place the cooked patty on top, followed by grilled onions, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, pickles, and finally the fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.
