Method
Preparation of Chicken
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Rub the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 2
Slice the Chicken
After resting, slice the grilled chicken breast into thin strips.
Salad Assembly
- 3
Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and dry it with a salad spinner or paper towels. Tear or chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 4
Add Chicken and Dressing
Top the romaine lettuce with the sliced grilled chicken. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- 5
Finish with Parmesan
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad and give it one final toss before serving.
