Prepare the Salad
- 1
Chop the Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Slice the Cucumbers
Peel the cucumber if desired. Cut it in half lengthwise, then slice into thin half-moons. Add to the salad bowl.
- 3
Add Mandarin Oranges
Drain the mandarin oranges if using canned. Add them to the salad bowl along with the other vegetables.
- 4
Add Cherry Tomatoes
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the other ingredients.
- 5
Add Crispy Noodles
Sprinkle the crispy noodles over the salad mixture for added crunch.
- 6
Prepare Grilled Chicken
Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, approximately 6-7 minutes per side. Let cool slightly and slice into strips before adding to the salad.

In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper.
