Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Melt Butter
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine and Bake

Combine Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in the skillet. Stir until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and salted caramel bits until evenly distributed in the batter.

Sprinkle Sea Salt
Sprinkle the sea salt over the top of the cookie dough in the skillet.

Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Serving

Let the skillet cookie cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm with scoops of ice cream on top.
