Pizza Sauce Preparation

Combine Pizza Sauces
In a medium bowl, mix the traditional pizza sauce and Thai chili sauce until well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Pizza Base
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add the Sauce
Spread the prepared sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the Toppings
Evenly distribute the Canadian bacon slices over the sauce, followed by the pineapple chunks and sliced red bell pepper.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.

Season and Bake
Drizzle olive oil over the top, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
