Cooking the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat.

Cook Fettuccine
Add fettuccine noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Chicken

Season Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Grill Chicken
Grill the chicken breasts over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
Making the Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Season with nutmeg, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Preparing Breadcrumb Topping

In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, and chopped parsley. Mix well.

Spread the breadcrumb mixture on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Combining Everything

Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
