Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture

Soften Cream Cheese
In a medium bowl, let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes until softened.

Mix Ingredients
Mince the garlic and chop the chives. Add the garlic, chives, salt, and black pepper to the softened cream cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and creamy.
Sauté Onions
Cook Bacon and Assemble

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the smoked bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then chop into small pieces.

Assemble the Dish
In an oven-safe dish, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the bottom. Layer the sautéed onions on top followed by the chopped bacon. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the assembled dish for about 15-20 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Dice the tomato and chop the fresh parsley. Garnish the dish with diced tomato and parsley before serving.
