Method

Grilling the Salmon

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

4

Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and let it rest.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

5

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini, and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

6

Toss the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, chopped bell peppers, and trimmed asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.

7

Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and lightly charred.
