Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning mixture all over the ribs. Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and rub it in.
- 3
Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.

- 5
Broil the Ribs
Increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F) and place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered. Broil for about 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.

Rest and Serve
Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with fries and coleslaw.
