In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until pale and creamy.

Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until fully incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until smooth and well combined.
Assemble Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer Ingredients
In a 9x13 inch dish, create a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
