Slow Cook
Place the seared pork shoulder back into the skillet. Pour chicken broth over it, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 6-8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily pulled apart with a fork.

Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully coated.
- 6
Chill
Cover the coleslaw and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Assemble Tacos
- 7
Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- 8
Build the Tacos
On each tortilla, layer a generous amount of pulled pork, followed by coleslaw, diced red onions, diced tomatoes, and drizzle with Hella Habanero sauce to taste.
- 9

Serve the tacos immediately while warm, enjoying the spicy and tangy flavors.
