Prepare the Burger Patties

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

Form Patties
Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.
Cook the Bacon

Grill or Pan-fry
In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Add provolone cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

In a small bowl, soften the cream cheese and mix in the sweet sriracha sauce until well combined.
Assemble the Burger

On the bottom bun, spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Place the cooked burger patty with melted provolone on top, followed by crispy bacon, bleu cheese crumbles, and goat cheese. Top with the burger's top bun.
