Preparing the Pulled Pork

Season the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly on all sides.

Cook the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and water. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

Shred the Pork
Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
