Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the fresh jalapeños, pit and slice the black olives, and dice the tomatoes. Shred the mozzarella, cheddar Jack, and pepper Jack cheeses if not pre-shredded.

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread the tortilla chips in an even layer. Sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar Jack, and pepper Jack cheeses evenly over the chips.

Add Toppings
Evenly distribute the sliced jalapeños, black olives, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce on top of the cheese-covered tortilla chips.

Bake the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the prepared nachos in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with Condiments
Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve hot with sour cream, queso cheese dip, and salsa on the side.
