Burger Patty

Prepare the Patty Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.

Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

Make the Aioli
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Chill the Aioli
Cover the aioli and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Burger Assembly

Toast the Buns
If desired, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.

Assemble the Burgers
Spread a generous amount of the bacon dill aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked patty on top, followed by the top half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the burgers with pickle spears on the side, a sprinkle of celery salt, and a dollop of mustard.
