    Prepare the Bruschetta

    Dice the Roma tomatoes and chop the basil. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper. Toast the bread slices until golden brown and top with the tomato mixture.

    Cook the Spaghetti

    Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Make the Sauce

    In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

    Toss the cooked spaghetti with the meat sauce. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

    Prepare the Tiramisu

    In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Dip ladyfinger cookies in brewed espresso and layer in a dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat the layers. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
