Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the salmon. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the bell peppers into strips and slice the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are grilled, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled salmon fillets with a side of seasonal grilled vegetables.
