Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a coupe or cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Highwest Bourbon, 1 oz of Highwest Rye, 1 oz of Carpano Antica, and add 2 dashes of barrel-aged bitters.

Stir
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.

Strain
Remove the ice water from your chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to catch any ice shards.
