Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; some lumps are okay.
Cook Pancakes

Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. If desired, lightly grease the surface with additional melted butter.

Pour the Batter
For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip and Cook
Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm while you cook the remaining pancakes.

Serve the pancakes warm, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with fresh berries of your choice.
