Cocktail Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- 1
Chill the Prosecco
Before starting, chill the Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 2
Prepare the Peach Purée
Take ripe peaches, remove the skin and pit, and blend them until smooth to create peach purée. You can also use store-bought peach purée.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker or glass, add the peach purée first. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can adjust the amount of purée used.
- 4
Add Prosecco
Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco into the glass over the peach purée to prevent excessive fizzing.
- 5
Mix Gently
Gently stir with a bar spoon to combine the peach purée and Prosecco without losing the bubbles.
- 6
Serve
Pour the cocktail into a chilled flute glass, add ice cubes if desired, and garnish with fresh peach slices on the rim.
