Make the Horseradish Cream
In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Form and Cook the Burger Patties
Divide the Angus beef into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about ¾ inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Peel and slice the onion into ½ inch thick rings. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Gradually whisk in the IPA until smooth. Dip each onion ring into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

Assemble the Burger
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster. On the bottom half, layer green leaf lettuce, the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, tomato slices, and pickles. Add a generous dollop of horseradish cream on top, then place the top half of the bun to finish.
