Method

Burger Patties

  1. 1

Prepare the Angus and Turkey Patties

In a bowl, combine the Angus prime ground beef and ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper. Form into four equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the Angus and turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat the Quinoa and Falafel

Heat the quinoa patties and falafel in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.

Grilled Chicken

  1. 4

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the boneless chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.

Fried Chicken Cutlet

  1. 6

    Prepare the Cutlet

Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

  2. 7

    Fry the Cutlet

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken cutlet until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Salmon

  1. 8

    Season the Salmon

Season the wild Alaskan salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and dill.

  2. 9

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat the grill or skillet. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
