Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Cooking the Chicken Wings

Bake the Wings
Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
Making the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Coating the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over the wings. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
