For the Buffalo Cauliflower
For the Avocado Ranch
Method
For the Buffalo Cauliflower
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Coat the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the coated cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- 4
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the hot florets. Toss gently to coat all the pieces in the sauce.
- 5
Final Bake
Return the sauced cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the sauce to set.
For the Avocado Ranch
- 6
Make the Ranch
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 7
Blend Until Smooth
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- 8
Serve
Transfer the avocado ranch to a serving bowl and serve alongside the hot buffalo cauliflower.
