Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Clean and chop the Dungeness crab into pieces. Peel and devein the prawns. Rinse the bay scallops. Rinse the Bloomsdale spinach and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the squid-ink tonarelli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Arrabiata Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  4. 4

    Add Seafood

Add the Dungeness crab, prawns, and bay scallops to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, until the seafood is just cooked through.

  5. 5

    Incorporate Spinach and Sauce

Stir in the Bloomsdale spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Finish the Dish

Add the cooked tonarelli to the skillet and toss to combine. Drizzle with brown butter and sprinkle with focaccia breadcrumbs and fresh parsley before serving.
