Prepare the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Toast the Baguette
Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Toppings
In a small bowl, mix the farmer’s cheese with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil until creamy. Set aside.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Spread a layer of black garlic aioli on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a dollop of the farmer’s cheese mixture, followed by a slice of prosciutto. Add a generous spoonful of sturgeon caviar and finish with a sprinkle of pickled mustard seed.
