If not already made, prepare the house made biscotti by mixing flour, sugar, butter, eggs, and flavorings, forming into logs, baking, and slicing into biscotti pieces.

Brew a fresh cup of espresso using your preferred method. Ensure it's hot and strong.

Assemble the Affogato
In a serving bowl or glass, place 1 cup of stracciatella gelato. Pour the hot espresso over the gelato until it begins to melt.
