Prepare the Eggs
In a large bowl, crack 6 large eggs and whisk them together until fully blended. Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper to the eggs and mix well.

Cook the Meats
In a large skillet, heat 2 tbs of olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add 1 cup of bacon bits, 1 cup of diced ham, and 1 cup of cooked and crumbled sausage. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese and 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese over the egg mixture. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked. Stir occasionally for a scramble, or let it set for an omelet.

Serve
Once cooked to your liking, remove from heat and serve hot.
