Cake Preparation

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon until well combined.

    In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter with the dry mixture until light and fluffy.
