Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- 2
Season the Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated.
- 3
Roast the Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt.
- 5
Toss and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle the balsamic sauce over them. Toss to combine, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
