Make the Lobster Salad
In a large bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare the Rolls
Slice the lobster rolls or hot dog buns lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Lightly toast the insides on a skillet or grill until golden brown.

Spoon the lobster salad mixture generously into the toasted rolls. Top with house slaw if desired.
