Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sear the Chicken and Sausage
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- 2
Cook the Sausage
In the same skillet, add the Italian sausage links. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the sausage and slice it into bite-sized pieces.

- 4
Deglaze and Simmer
Pour in the white wine and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Add chicken broth, red wine vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- 5
Combine and Cook
Return the chicken and sliced sausage to the skillet. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- 6
Finish and Serve
Once cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot with your choice of side.
