Panna Cotta Ingredients
Preparation
Panna Cotta Directions
1. Prepare the Gelatin
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 3 tablespoons of cold water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Make the Panna Cotta Mixture
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot, but do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
3. Add Cherries
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then stir in the cherries. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or molds.
4. Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
