Beef and Marinade

Rice

Optional Add-Ons

Method

Beef Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine the certified Angus beef tips, sweet soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef tips and sauté until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  2. 4

    Combine Beef and Vegetables

Return the cooked beef tips to the skillet with the vegetables. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Rice Cooking

  1. 5

    Cook the Jasmine Rice

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Serve the crispy beef and vegetable mixture over a bed of jasmine rice. If desired, top with grilled tiger shrimp or serve with coconut brown rice for an additional charge.
