Prepare the Lobster
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise down the middle, stopping just before the tail end. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

Marinate
Let the lobster tails marinate for about 15-20 minutes while you prepare your grill or frying pan.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 350-400°F (175-200°C).

Serve
Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Lobster
Place the lobster tails meat-side down in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
