Method
Stuffed Crab
Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, chopped celery, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix until well combined.
Stuff the Crab
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter. Spoon the crab mixture into crab shells or small baking dishes and pack it tightly.
Bake the Crab
Bake the stuffed crab in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
French Fries
Fry the Potatoes
Once the oil is hot (about 350°F or 175°C), carefully add the fries in batches, frying them until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
Season the Fries
Remove the fries from the oil and drain them on paper towels. While still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
Coleslaw
Mix the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.
Prepare the Dressing
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt until smooth.
Combine and Chill
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots. Toss until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Bread
Serve the Bread
Warm the bread rolls in the oven for a few minutes before serving them alongside the stuffed crab, french fries, and coleslaw.
