- 3
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip it in the egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs. Place the breaded chicken on a plate.
- 4
Fry the Chicken
In a large pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
French Fries
- 5
Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into long strips.
- 6
Soak the Potatoes
Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.
- 7
Fry the Potatoes
In a deep pan, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the potato strips and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Remove them and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.
Coleslaw

Mix the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
- 9
Make the Dressing
In a separate small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
