Burger Patties

Fries

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese. Top with tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Place the top half of the bun on top.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to make fries.

  2. 5

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot. Carefully add the potato strips in batches and fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

  3. 6

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
