Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Thinly slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic. Season the pork cutlets with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic, cooking until the mushrooms are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork Cutlets

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and butter. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the seasoned pork cutlets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese and Mushrooms

Once the pork cutlets are done, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each cutlet. Top with the sautéed mushrooms. Cover the skillet for 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top of the cutlets for garnish. Serve immediately with your choice of side dishes.
