Assemble the Sandwich
Lay out two slices of rye bread. Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each slice.

On one slice of bread, layer half of the corned beef, followed by half of the sauerkraut, and top with two slices of Swiss cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top with the dressing side facing in.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, place the assembled sandwich in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown.

Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet, flip the sandwich, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
