Tea Latte Ingredients

Method

Tea Latte Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chrysanthemum Tea

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add 2 cups of dried chrysanthemum flowers. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Strain the Tea

After simmering, remove the saucepan from heat. Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve into a teapot or large bowl to remove the flowers. Discard the flowers.

  3. 3

    Sweeten the Tea

Stir in 2 tablespoons of SEZN honey into the warm chrysanthemum tea until fully dissolved.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oat Milk

In a separate saucepan, heat 1 cup of oat milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir gently to avoid scalding.

  5. 5

    Combine the Components

Pour the sweetened chrysanthemum tea into serving cups, filling each cup about halfway. Then, top each cup with the warmed oat milk.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of orange zest over the top of each latte for added flavor and aroma. Serve hot and enjoy!
