Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the fresh spinach and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Chop the spinach roughly and set aside.

2

Prepare the Artichokes

Drain and rinse the canned artichoke hearts. Chop them into smaller pieces and set aside.

3

Mix the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Using a hand mixer or spatula, blend until smooth and creamy.

4

Add Remaining Ingredients

To the cream cheese mixture, add the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

5

Bake the Dip

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
